Customers must call within 72 hours from day of purchase or delivery when unsatisfied with a fresh-cut flower arrangement. Arrangements will be picked up on the next best day, and the recipient will receive a REFRESHED or FULL replacement arrangement, within this time period. When the customer makes an in-store purchase, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to our shop.
Plants
Customers must call within 7 days of purchase when unsatisfied with a plant product. Plants are guaranteed for 7 days after purchase. Flower Tribe will pick up and replace plants within this time period. When the customer makes an in-store purchase, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to the shop.
