All the chocolates are all handmade and the colorful chocolates are artfully hand painted.

All confections are a blend of fair trade and direct trade organic chocolate.
The chocolates do not contain Soy Lecithin. Most flavoring comes from a direct source such as orange zest, lavender petals and more.

The assortments vary and are comprised of mostly truffles, and a small proportion of caramels and creams. The caramel is handmade the old fashioned way- stirred for 45 minutes on the stove!
The assortments do not include items with nuts or booze, so that you don’t have to worry about your recipient receiving them if they have an allergy.
